U-M coasts to 77-47 win over Cleveland State

Michigan ran out to a 28 halftime lead, then coasted in the second stanza to an easy 30 point win, 77-47.
U-M started fast with an 10-3 run including a layin and a dunk by
Jordan Morgan
and a layin and a floter by
Tim Hardaway
Jr at the 15:20 mark.
The teams traded baskets, then U-M went on a 6-0 run on layin by Stauskas, a jumper by
Trey Burke
and a dunk by
Glenn Robinson
to lead 19-9 at the 12 minute mark.
The teams both went a little cold for the next 4 minutes, then Burke went coast to coast with a layin and
Mitch McGary
hit two layins and U-M led 28-12 at the 6:15 mark.
The teams traded baskets then McGary and Burke hit and Vogrich got a steal and a layin to make it 34-14 at the 4 minute mark.
U-M kept building the lead on the ice-cold CSU -- a tre by Hardaway made it 42-14 at the half.
U-M shot 64.3% for the half (just 2-8 in tre's), led by Tim Hardaway's 10 points, 9 by Trey Burke. Mitch McGary added 6 points and 6 rebounds.

In the final stanza Michigan, simply put, coasted to the win behind Nik Stauskas' 11 2nd half points.
Tim Hardaway led U-M with 17 points (3-6 in tre's) and 6 rebounds. Nik Stauskas added 15 points (3-4 in tre's) and 6 rebounds. Trey Burke had 12 points and 7 assists. Mitch McGary had 9 rebounds to go with 6 points. U-M shot 50.8% overall and 37.5% (9-24) in three pointers.
Cleveland Stats shot just 30.4% and was outrebounde by U-M 45 to 28.
