Zeller, Bobcats take down Knicks at MSG

Cody Zeller had 7 points and 5 rebounds in Charlotte's big win.

Cody Zeller got his first big win as an NBA player on Tuesday night.

Zeller and the Charlotte Bobcats beat the New York Knicks 102-97 at Madison Square Garden. Zeller played 18 minutes off the bench, scoring seven points on 2-of-3 shooting and grabbed five rebounds.

Zeller picked up three personal fouls in the first quarter, but returned to play valuable minutes down the stretch. He was 3-of-4 at the free throw lin, and also had an assist and a steal.

The Bobcats are 2-2 to start the season.
