IU's 13th Football Commit remains on hold

Chris Green announced on Twitter Sunday that he had committed to IU but later took the post down. It's still unclear at this time if he will become Indiana's 13th commit in the class of 2015 or not.

Indiana picked up its 12th football commit Sunday when wide receiver Nick Westbrook of Lake Mary (Fla.) High School committed to the Hoosiers.

It appeared to pick up No. 13 later Sunday evening but for now, anyway, that commit appears to be on hold.

The Indianapolis Star reported late Sunday that Toledo Central Catholic linebacker Chris Green had announced on his Twitter feed that he had committed to IU.

Green had been in Bloomington for IU’s scrimmage on Saturday.

But later in the evening Sunday, Green had taken his Twitter post down and for now his commitment is on hold.

AllHoosiers.com was able to confirm Westbrook’s commitment but as for now IU’s commitment number stands at 12.

This story will be updated if and when Green becomes IU’s next “official” commit.
