IU Football Coverage: What you can expect

IU Football Coverage: What you can expect

Every day at 9 a.m. from Sunday through Friday at AllHoosiers.com there will be weekly feature that will be posted. Check out the lineup here and make sure to stop by every day at 9 a.m. to review that new and unique content.

The start of football season is upon us and AllHoosiers.com will have Indiana football covered once again in a blanket fashion.

First of all, besides myself and Justin Albers, we have a solid group of interns this year at AllHoosiers.com that will be bringing you football coverage as well. Sam Rumpza will be a most every game as will either Ben Faunce or Stuart Jackson. We will also have a video presence both in terms of game and press conference reports as well as stand up analysis from Sarah Beeson.

So what should you expect from AllHoosiers.com in terms of coverage.

Here’s a quick preview:

Throughout the week we will have stories out of IU’s availability to the media on Monday’s and Tuesday’s.

Every Sunday beginning next week, the day after the Indiana State game, we will have a regular feature called Terry’s Takes that will be posted at 9 a.m. every week. This will look back at three things that AllHoosiers.com’s site publisher Terry Hutchens took away from that particular game. A post on the premium message board will also go up at that time where you can offer your own opinions and engage in a little back and forth conversation on the game.

Every Monday beginning next week, two days after the Indiana State game, we will have a regular feature called Monday Morning Quarterback that will also be posted at 9 a.m. In this feature, we will look back at some of the in-game coaching decisions that worked well or maybe fell a little bit short.

Every Tuesday, beginning this week, we will have a regular feature called On The Mend that will be posted at 9 a.m. In this feature, we will look at any injuries that the Hoosiers will need to keep an eye on throughout the week. We’ll look back at the last week and ahead to the upcoming game.

Every Wednesday, beginning this week, we will have a regular feature called How They Fared that will be posted at 9 a.m. In this feature, AllHoosiers.com's Ben Faunce will look back at how IU's class of 2015 commits fared in high school action last week.

Every Thursday, beginning this week, we will have a regular feature called Scouting The Opponent that will be posted at 9 a.m. In this feature we will have a Q&A with an opposing beat writer of the team that Indiana will play that week.

Every Friday, beginning this week, we will have a feature called Name The Score that will be posted at 9 a.m. In this feature, every member of the AllHoosiers.com staff will give their prediction of the final score of that week’s game with a sentence or two explaining why they think the outcome will be that way. We will keep a running tally throughout the season to see which staff member has the best record. In addition, we will post a thread on the premium message board where fans can weigh in with their prognostication for the coming week.

Every Saturday, we will have our regular Hoosier Game Day feature that will have 10 or more stories leading up to that game and covering it from a variety of angles. And after the game we will come back with our regular Coverage Central feature that links to 10 or more stories off of that particular game.

So tell your friends to subscribe today to AllHoosiers.com where you will receive the most comprehensive coverage of Indiana football (and later basketball) available in this market.
