| DeCicco is one of the best athletes in the nation and he has the test results to prove it. He can cover like a corner and hits like a linebacker. His frame and size may lead him to eventually play linebacker. |
| Biography: |
| As a senior, DeCicco was named second-team Class AAA All-State by the Associated-Press. He was named to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette "Fabulous 22" team. He was named first team All-Conference by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. DeCicco ran for 1,064 yards and passed for 1,132 yards as he was named the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Class AAA Player of the Year. He was named to the Harrisburg Patriot-News "Platinum 33" team. He was named to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review "Terrific 25" team.
As a junior, Missed three games with an arm injury and still caught 28 passes, 11 of which were touchdowns. he picked off five passes on defense and was named first team All-Conference.
