| Baker is a great athlete who can hurt opponents with his feet. He has good elusiveness and shows great ability to pick his way through the line. Once in the open field, he has good breakaway speed and also has the size and toughness to lower his shoulder and break tackles. As a passer, he has good arm strength and touch. He just needs to continue to improve his accuracy. |

| In his first season as a starter, completed 112-of-206 passes for 1,502 yards and 20 scores, and added another 164 carries for 1,122 yards rushing and 19 scores as a junior. Dynamic athlete who can play multiple positions, but is looking for a chance to play quarterback in college. |
