| Is a good enough athlete that he played a lot at defensive end in high school, showing his quick first step and lateral speed. As he continues to grow, that quickness and size will make an ideal tackle candidate. It's just a matter of continuing to improve in the weight room and his technique on the offensive line. | Andrew Donnal also plays basketball (center) and participates in track (45’ shot put; 145’ discus). He only plans on playing football in college. Donnal says he can bench 305-pounds and squat 450.
Donnal reports a 3.3 core GPA and a 22 ACT.
Donnal: “I think I’m pretty athletic. I play basketball and track, so I have really good footwork.
“I always play to the whistle and am very tough. I go out and lead by my actions.”
He says he’d like to improve his 5.5 40-yard dash speed and his overall strength. “I want to work on getting off the defenders.”
